LinkinPostPro ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and store your data when you use our service at linkinpostpro.in.

- Name and Email Address — collected when you register to use the app
- Resume content — uploaded voluntarily for post generation only
- Feedback and ratings — submitted voluntarily after generating a post
- Usage data — anonymous session identifiers to track usage limits
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and improve the LinkinPostPro service
- To send you product updates, tips, and relevant communications (you can unsubscribe anytime)
- To analyse feedback and improve post quality
- To enforce our free tier usage limits
3. Resume Data
Any resume or bio content you upload is used solely to generate your LinkedIn post in that session. We do not store, retain, or share your resume data. It is processed in memory and discarded immediately after your post is generated.
4. Data Storage
Your name and email are stored securely in an encrypted database (Upstash Redis). Feedback data is stored in a private Google Sheet accessible only to LinkinPostPro administrators. We do not sell your data to any third party.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate LinkinPostPro:
- Anthropic Claude API — to generate LinkedIn posts (your prompts are subject to Anthropic's privacy policy)
- Vercel — for hosting and serverless functions
- Upstash — for database storage
- Google Sheets — for feedback storage
6. Your Rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP Act), you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time

7. Cookies
We use localStorage (browser storage) to remember your session so you don't have to log in every visit. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
